USRC (Universal Science and Research Science) signed an International Recruitment Agreement with International School of Economics at TSU (Tbilisi State University) and has been selected as an Local (Azerbaijan) and International agent ISET.

The agreement include 2 programs: Master’s and Bachelor’s programs in Economics.

Upon signing, ISET hereby authorizes the agency to recruit students for ISET’s Master’s and Bachelor’s Programs in Economics by all lawful and proper means, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Parties hereto recognize and agree that this agreement shall be nonexclusive. Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other Party.
The tuition fee for Azerbaijan students is lower than for international students and ISET at TSU provide special opportunities of scholarships for Azerbaijani students.

Terms of payment for International Students:
Master’s Degree Program in Economics (2 years): Annual tuition fee is set at USD 4,000.
Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economics (4 years): Annual tuition fee is set at USD 3,000.
Terms of payment for Azerbaijani Students:
Master’s Degree Program in Economics (2 years): Annual tuition fee for Azerbaijani students is set at USD 2,400.
Bachelor’s Degree Program in Economics (4 years): Annual tuition fee is set at USD 3,000.
